Well-Being + Social Entrepreneurship
Build a business in a sector connected to a need that is increasingly present in society
Consulado da Família® was designed for business owners and entrepreneurs who wish to combine business development with a greater purpose: contributing to the Integral Well-Being of individuals, couples, families and communities.
A model that brings together business structure, continuous development, network collaboration and positive community impact.
A business that cares for something essential: people and their relationships
Social change, everyday overload, relationship difficulties, family challenges, the search for purpose and the need for greater balance have drawn people's attention to care and development throughout life.
Consulado da Família® emerges in this context as an Integral Well-Being Center.
A space designed to welcome, enlighten and guide individuals and families along paths of responsible development, considering the biological, Soul, social and spiritual dimensions and their effects on relationships, family, work and community.

Well-Being + Social Entrepreneurship
We believe that business development and social impact can go hand in hand.
At Consulado da Família®, entrepreneurs find the opportunity to build an economically sustainable activity while taking part in a network committed to strengthening people, relationships and the communities where it is present.
Build
Establish and develop a unit with a model, processes, brand, training and network support.
Care
Create a welcoming and responsible environment for Integral Well-Being and development experiences.
Impact
Contribute to strengthening individuals, couples, families and community relationships.
Prosper
Pursue business sustainability and growth while preserving purpose, ethics and quality.
Business prosperity and positive impact do not have to follow separate paths.
Who is this opportunity for?
Our preference is for business owners, investors and entrepreneurs who understand that sustainable results are built through management, people, quality and purpose.
You do not need to be a psychologist or a health professional to own a Consulado da Família®.
Having a purpose does not replace business competence. And business competence does not have to exclude purpose.
We are looking for people who wish to:
- build a business in the Integral Well-Being ecosystem;
- develop a business with potential for growth and community impact;
- lead teams and build relationships in their region;
- work with institutional standards, processes and indicators;
- invest in continuous development;
- uphold ethical principles, safety and quality of care;
- create business value without losing sight of human value.
The business owner does not need to provide the services
This distinction is fundamental to the model.
The owner of the Consulado is responsible for the setup, development and business management of the unit.
Programs and services are provided by Integrative Therapists duly trained and certified in the corresponding protocols and, when needed, by the different professional fields that make up the Referral Network, always within their respective scope of practice and professional qualification.
Owning a unit or participating in the franchise does not grant qualification to carry out regulated professional activities.
This allows the business owner to focus on what is essential to their role:
leadership + management + unit development + community relationships + sustainable growth.
Four different roles
Owner / franchisee
Responsible for the business relationship with the network and for the unit as a business activity.
Unit management
Responsible for the organization and day-to-day operation of the Consulado.
Accredited professionals
Work according to their qualifications, competences and ethical and legal boundaries.
Methodological training and certification
Dedicated training processes in the Método I.M.A.G.E.M.®, according to specific criteria.
One person may hold more than one role only when meeting the requirements of each. One role does not automatically authorize the exercise of another.
Each part of the ecosystem has a responsibility.
Embaixada da Família®
Structures the network, sets institutional and operational standards, supports the development of the Consulados and protects the brand identity.
Consulado da Família®
Operates locally as an Integral Well-Being Center, bringing programs, experiences, professionals and community initiatives closer to people and families.
Instituto I.M.A.G.E.M.®
Works with institutional autonomy in research, methodological development, training and methodological certification.
Professionals
Work within their own qualifications, competences, responsibilities and ethical and legal boundaries.
An Integral Well-Being Center connected to the community
The Consulado was not designed simply as a set of consultation rooms.
Its purpose is to build presence in the community.
Through Journeys, GTIs | Integrative Therapeutic Groups, development programs, workshops, educational experiences, content, community initiatives and referrals to the Referral Network, each unit may develop different ways of relating to the people in its region, in accordance with the programs authorized by the network.
The Consulado thus becomes a point of reference for Integral Well-Being and development.
You build the business. The network walks with you.
Being part of Embaixada da Família® means not starting alone.
The network's structure is designed to provide entrepreneurs with standards, institutional knowledge and support for setting up and developing the Consulado.
The planned pillars include:
- Business model
- Guidelines for setting up and developing the unit.
- Brand and positioning
- Institutional identity and the network's communication standards.
- Training
- Training related to the operation, management and experience of the Consulado.
- Programs and protocols
- Access to the programs authorized for use in the network, according to their respective terms of use.
- Continuous development
- Updating of practices, processes and institutional standards.
- Network
- Integration between the Embaixada, Consulados, Integrative Therapists and the Referral Network.
- Community impact
- Guidelines for initiatives that bring the Consulado closer to the needs of its community.
One ecosystem, different possibilities for development
Depending on setup, availability and authorized programs, the Consulado may bring together:
- GTIs | Integrative Therapeutic Groups
- Jornadas I.M.A.G.E.M.®
- Integrative Therapeutic Support
- Programs for individuals and different stages of life
- Programs for couples
- Programs and experiences for families
- Workshops and development experiences
- Educational content and resources
- Community activities
- Referral Network
The setup and offering of each activity follow the standards, protocols, qualifications and conditions established by the network.
An environment designed to welcome and develop.
Consulados da Família® are designed to offer a welcoming, professional and integrated experience, with spaces suited to the activities authorized in each unit.

Impact begins in the territory
Each Consulado exists within a real community.
That is why we want units capable of knowing their territory, building relationships, developing partnerships and contributing to the concrete needs of the people and families around them.
We are not seeking geographic expansion alone. We are seeking meaningful presence.
When people develop, relationships can grow stronger.
When relationships grow stronger, families can find new resources.
When families and individuals find resources, the whole community can be impacted.
The profile we are looking for
More than simply acquiring a franchise, we are looking for partners capable of representing and developing the purpose of Embaixada da Família® in their territories.
Entrepreneurs with:
- business vision
- leadership ability
- commitment to quality
- ethical responsibility
- sensitivity to human relationships
- willingness to learn
- community involvement
- long-term vision
Purpose needs to go hand in hand with business responsibility.
A sustainable unit needs to reconcile purpose, management, quality, financial responsibility, people's experience and commitment to the network's standards.
Community impact and business responsibility are not opposing goals. They need to be built together.
Growing without losing our essence
The expansion of Embaixada da Família® must preserve what sustains the entire network.
That is why growth, financial sustainability and quality go hand in hand.
There is one principle that will not be negotiated:
No financial result justifies compromising the dignity, safety or quality of the care offered to people.
Being part of the network also means taking on responsibilities.
- responsible management
- commitment to quality
- respect for people's dignity
- compliance with institutional standards
- financial and administrative responsibility
- respect for professional boundaries
- brand protection
- privacy and responsible handling of information
- respect for freedom of conscience
- participation in network development processes
- commitment to the community it serves
A shared brand requires a shared standard.
The Padrão Embaixada da Família® guides principles related to people's experience, environment, qualification, programs, communication, privacy, safety, freedom of conscience, professional practice, community presence and responsible use of the brand.
The network may use follow-up and review processes to support consistency and quality across its units.
Methodological training and network participation are also different processes.
Instituto I.M.A.G.E.M.®
May offer methodological training and certification within its competences.
Embaixada da Família®
Defines the criteria for accrediting professionals and for participation in the network.
Methodological certification does not replace professional qualification. Network accreditation does not expand the legal scope of any profession.
Get to know before you decide.
- 01
Interest
The person expresses interest in learning about the model.
- 02
Initial conversation
The network learns about the profile, goals and context of the interested person.
- 03
Model presentation
Relevant institutional and business information is presented in a dedicated stage.
- 04
Mutual assessment
The interested person and the Embaixada assess fit with the model and the network's criteria.
- 05
Legal and commercial stages
When applicable, documents, conditions, rights and responsibilities are formally presented.
- 06
Unit preparation
Only after the applicable formal stages.
- 07
Start of operations
According to the established requirements, standards and authorizations.
Expressing interest does not represent approval, territorial reservation, a commercial offer or a guarantee that a unit will open.
Business decisions require appropriate information.
Investments, fees, commercial terms, projections, contractual responsibilities and other economic information will be presented in the corresponding formal stages, when applicable.
As in any business activity, results depend on different factors and cannot be guaranteed.
When structured as a franchise relationship, expansion will follow the applicable legal instruments, disclosure duties and other legal requirements.
A network open to people.
The spiritual dimension can be part of Integral Well-Being and, for some people, faith is a resource of meaning, hope, belonging and coping.
Consulados da Família® must welcome people from different religious traditions, expressions of faith, spiritualities and convictions, as well as people with no religious affiliation, preserving freedom of conscience, dignity and respect.
For this reason, a unit is not used for
- institutional proselytism
- religious coercion
- spiritual blaming
- discrimination based on belief or lack of belief
- improper replacement of professional care with religious practices
Would you like to learn about the project?
If you are a business owner, investor or entrepreneur looking for an opportunity that brings together business, Integral Well-Being, purpose and positive impact, we would like to get to know you too.
The first step is not buying a franchise.
It is discovering whether your business project and the purpose of our network are aligned.
Embaixada da Família®
We cultivate and strengthen development so that individuals, couples and families can flourish, bear fruit and contribute to their communities.
Building a business can create enterprises. It can also expand possibilities for a community.
The proposal of Consulados da Família® brings together business structure, continuous development, responsibility, Integral Well-Being and community presence.
