A lighthouse does not steer the boat, choose its destination or sail in its place. It offers a reference, widens visibility and helps recognize the way.
In the same way, the Consulado does not decide for the person or the family. It welcomes, offers knowledge, presents possibilities, connects resources and supports more conscious and responsible choices.
To shed light is not to decide for someone else. It is to offer references so they can recognize their own path.
